Anyone who is an automobile dealer or someone looking to get a vehicle can apply for membership. However, it is preferable if you check your country’s regulations, as the rules and regulations of every country vary.
Is there any registration or membership fee?

No, there is no registration or membership fee. So if you want to see our amazing car collection, don’t hesitate and sign up today.
Does SAT Japan accept Credit Card payments?

Credit card payments are not accepted by SAT Japan because of high fraud incidences. However, you can send us payments through PayPal, and we also accept payment by telegraphic transfer to the designated bank account.
Can I cancel my order?

Yes! As long as the order is not sent for shipment, you can cancel it. However, if your vehicle has been sent for shipment, you cannot cancel it.
Do you inspect cars before shipping them?

SAT Japan employs a team of experienced professionals who conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections. They ensure that the vehicle is in good condition, and if the car is going for action, they make sure that all the specifications provided by the auction house match the actual specifications of the car.
How long will it take me to receive my car?

Delivery of the vehicle depends upon the shipping schedule. However, it usually takes from 4 to 8 weeks for the vehicle to be delivered to you.
What are your office timings?

Office timings are from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm (Japan standard time). It will be announced if the office is closed due to holidays.
What language do you do business in?

Our prime business language is English. However, we also do business in Japanese.
How can I see the condition of the vehicle before buying it?

Before making the purchase, you will be provided with 30 images of the vehicle which will assist you in determining the state of the car and help you decide if it is worth buying.
Can I get a discount on purchasing any vehicle?

If you want to negotiate the price of any vehicle, contact us through our customer support system.
How can I pay the invoice?

After finalizing the price of the vehicle, the company will send you a pro-forma invoice. You can pay this invoice by wire transfer payment method. After completing the wire transfer at the bank, you will get a TT copy, proof of your remittance. Send this copy to SatJapan.Co and your payment will be confirmed.
What is a TT copy?

A Telegraphic Copy, commonly referred to as TT Copy, is a document provided by the bank when a wire transfer is initiated. This document acts as evidence of the remittance carried out.

You will have to give the whole payment before the shipment of the vehicle. There is also no installment policy offered by SAT Japan.
